We want You to be happy with Your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our return policy below.
1. Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving Your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@esimele.com with Your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process Your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to Your original payment method.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If You wish to change an item, please return the original and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If Your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving Your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
