Our story – why choose linen
Hi, my name is Simona.
I started esimele.com with my family by creating linen pieces WithLove. Here I’m telling my story – why choose linen.
natural materials and quality which lasts
I remember then I was probably at 6-7th grade of school, my mum brought some linen from my grandmother’s house attic. Our neighbour seamstress custom made me a trousers. I was wearing them daily. By years I was growing, got taller, so the neighbour lengthened the trousers and I kept on wearing them. Only few years after university I gained some weight, so I gave that trousers to the second hand shop while I was living in Cyprus. They were white and in more that 10 years they remained of excellent quality.

Nowadays very often You buy clothes, You wear them a bit and after just a few washes they lose their appearance. I met linen in my young days, I knew how sustainable it was and i am sure that it is not necessary to change clothes every season or even more often.
family and believe in simple humanity
My family started this business without knowing where to find good quality fabrics, how to construct or sew. We just had that strong sixth sense and a big dream. I am blessed that my husband truly believed in my idea and our daughter Jūra is together in this journey from the first steps. Every person, who contributed to this project, gave us lessons, advises or joined Earthy elegance and works with us.
