No need to iron! Embrace its natural, relaxed texture. If you prefer a smoother look, iron while slightly damp on medium heat.

What type of linen do you use?

We use 100% natural, stone-washed European linen. It’s breathable, durable, and OEKO-TEX certified, meaning it’s free from harmful substances.

Will linen shrink?

Our linen is stone-washed, so it will not shrink if You follow care instructions.

How does linen feel on the skin?

Linen is naturally breathable, moisture-wicking and gets softer with every wash. It feels fresh and light against the skin, perfect for warm weather or year-round bedding.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes, we do! If You’d like a specific size, length or fit, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to create linen garments or home textiles tailored to your measurements whenever possible.

Linen is more durable, naturally hypoallergenic and eco-friendly. It keeps you cool in summer and warm in cooler seasons, all while aging beautifully.

Will the colors match if I place separate orders?

Because our linen is made from natural fibers and its color highly depends on growing conditions, slight color variations may occur between different orders. If color consistency is important to You, we recommend ordering all desired items together or contacting us in advance — we’ll do our best to match colors as closely as possible.

Can I amend my order after placing it?

If Your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’re happy to help with changes such as size, color or adding items. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to make adjustments, but returns may still be available according to our return policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, You can cancel Your order if it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible. If Your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but You can return the items once You receive them according to our return policy.

Can I purchase wholesale?

Yes, we do offer wholesale orders for hotels, boutiques, shops and interior projects. If You’re interested in carrying our linen collection, please contact us directly — we’ll be happy to discuss pricing, minimum quantities and available options.

Do You ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Wherever You are, we’re happy to deliver our linen collection to Your doorstep. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on Your location.

Can I get Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over 100 €. The free shipping option will automatically apply at checkout once Your order total reaches the required amount.

How long does shipping take?

We usually ship orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on Your location and will be shown at checkout.

What is Your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving Your order. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom orders are non-returnable.
